Vail events kick off every winter with Snow Daze.  Snow Daze welcomes the start of ski season with live DJs, parties, exclusive movie premieres, and an incredible line up of concerts Lodging and concert deals are available as well.

This year Vail is hosting the 2013 Go Pro Mountain Games with a full line-up of adventure sports.  Amateur and professional competitors will compete in twenty-five disciplines of nine different sports.  Whether its fly fishing, slack lining, or full contact kayaking (yes, that’s a real thing) the Go Pro Mountain Games has an event that will get your adrenaline pumping. 

Over the Fourth of July, Vail hosts America Days, a celebration of the United States and a chance to enjoy fantastic American food, live music, activities for kids, and most importantly fireworks.  Come check out this multiday celebration of all things Americana, one of the most beloved Vail festivals.

The “American Tour de France,” the USA Pro Challenge and America’s Race finishes Stage 5 in Vail.  Come see some of the best professional cyclists push themselves to the limit in this nearly 700 mile race.  If you have ever wanted to see the Tour de France, come enjoy the Colorado version.  Visit Vail, and check out the USA Pro Challenge.

Vail is also home to numerous art galleries featuring local artists, and several unique museums.  For those seeking a live performance, the Gerald R. Ford amphitheater, the Vilar Performing Arts Center, and the Vail Performing Arts Academy all offer live shows.
