We have a complete program of horseback riding, swimming, horseshoes, steak fryes, trout fishing, square dancing, jeep trips, song fests, campfires, hayrides, movies, pack trips, staff entertainment, gymkhana rodeos, raft trips, children's programs, golf, hunting and much more -- but it is your vacation so you may take part in whatever you likeAt Drowsy Water Ranch we have a very special relationship with our 100 or more horses. We've bred, raised and trained them to provide guests with the finest of riding opportunities. Our Horse Program is outstanding and geared to every riding ability and age group. Horses are selected to match your own riding skills. Daily instruction, both in the arena and on the trail help to improve everyone's proficiency. Advanced riders have many opportunities to explore and blaze new trails while handling their horses from leisurely walks to smooth lopes and gallops.

Non-riders deduct $325.00/weekly
Discount Weeks: 20% discount for weekly stays until June 9th. 15% discounts for weeks starting June 10th, June 17th and weeks after August 19th. 10% discounts for weekly stays during the week of June 24-30th. Weeks after August 26th are for adults only, groups and special events.
Taxes: $8.75 per person weekly state sales tax is still the same.
Gratuities: Staff gratuities are pooled and left to your discretion. A 12% to 18% tip is customary if our staff serves you well
Deposit: $400.00 per person
Check-in: After 2:30 PM.
All rates are American Plan and include accommodations in Log cabins or rooms in the Lodge, all with private bath, all meals, your personal horse for the week, children’s supervised programs, fishing, use of heated pool and hot tub, and all ranch activities ** (hayrides, dancing, carnival, staff shows, campfires, sing-alongs, raft trip, and more) . Golf fees are extra. NOTE: Persons weighing over 215 pounds may be limited to walking rides.
Reservations: Reservations during our peak season must be made for weekly stays beginning on a Sunday afternoon and running through Saturday lunch ( our weeks activities run from Sunday evening through Saturday morning). To obtain reservations; telephone to confirm available space, we can then hold a telephone reservation for a period of 7 days pending the receipt of your deposit check, or credit card. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be refunded (less a 8% service fee) if notice is received 45 days in advance of arrival date. If less than 45 days notice is given, every effort will be made to replace your reservation, and if successful, we shall gladly refund the deposit less the service fee. If you find it necessary to leave before your scheduled departure date, your deposit will then apply to the unused portion of your reservation.
Transportation: The best means of travel to and from Denver (nearest major airport) are; Rental cars: all major companies are available in Denver. Van service: Home James service to and from airport by reservation Tele; 1-800-451-4844. Amtrac: Stops in Granby.
