When you're planning your Colorado Springs vacation, be sure to think about what types of museums you wish to visit.  There may be an art museum within walking distance of your hotel, or you may decide to check out several history museums around the area.  Towns surrounding Colorado Springs like Cripple Creek and Manitou Springs also have unique museums, so consider making a road trip of one or several.
