Front Range

Whether you plan to stay in Denver, Boulder, or Colorado Springs, you’ll have plenty of options to celebrate the Fourth in style.  Enjoy pro sporting events and an arts festival in Denver; live music in Boulder’s downtown; an “Old Fashioned” tournament and festival near Colorado Springs; and plenty of fireworks throughout the region.

I70 Corridor

If you’re thinking of visiting the resort towns along Interstate 70, like Vail, Breckenridge, and Glenwood Springs, you’ll have the opportunity to celebrate July 4th with mountain flair! Vail will host the annual America Days with celebrations tying into its 50th anniversary.  Breckenridge hosts the annual Mountain Arts Festival, and Glenwood Hot Springs celebrates its 125th anniversary on the 4th.  Concerts and fireworks are planned in all three towns.

Northern Colorado

Visiting one of Colorado’s northern destinations?  Whether you’re in Steamboat Springs, Estes Park, or Fort Collins, you’ll have no shortage of festivities. Steamboat celebrates the final day of the 110th Cowboys’ Roundup Days with numerous events.  Estes Park hosts the “Coolest Car Show” (and competition), and Fort Collins is planning its first ever Fourth of July Parade.

Central and Southwestern Colorado

If you’re planning to visit Aspen or Buena Vista in Central Colorado, or Durango in the southwest corner of the state, you’ll plenty of Fourth of July fun.  All three towns have old fashioned celebrations planned with fireworks, parades, concerts and more.

Celebrate Independence day with Colorado flair this year!  From fireworks in the clear mountain air to the perfect, temperate weather for outdoor concerts, the whole family will get in the holiday mood.  And with a wide range of activities for the days before and after the festivities, you’ll be sure to bring home plenty of memories and photos from your July 4th Colorado vacation.
