Vallecito Lake, at the edge of the Weminuche wilderness near Durango, provides its guests peaceful relaxation in the midst of the high country of southwestern Colorado. Vallecito Lake is Colorado’s third largest lake and offers four seasons of activities and adventures. There is excellent fishing, boating, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, snowmobiling, skiing, and more. Marinas provide boat rentals for fishing or cruising the lake. Several stables provide picturesque horseback riding areas with breakfast and dinner rides.
Bayfield –Vallecito Lake provides several vacation homes in the area for

THE WOLTMON CABIN | |

A 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1632 sq. ft home on Grimes Creek. This home is in
a very
secluded area at the north end of Vallecito Lake. The home will sleep 8
in beds (King, 2 queen, and twin. A large yard with Grimes Creek running
through the back and views to the mountains. Located
a short walk to the Vallecito River. Close to all activities at the lake. The
home is fully furnished
with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, Gas Grill,
TV.

CEDAR HAVEN CABIN | |
A 3 bedroom with loft, 2 baths, 1700 sq. ft. house
with beautiful views to the lake and mountain peaks at the north end of the
valley and surrounding area from the front deck. This cabin sleeps 11 in
beds (queen, double, 5 singles, hide-a-bed). The home is fully equipped to
include: refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, charcoal
grill,fireplace, and DVD/VCR. Easy walk to area activities, and fishing.

This home is fully furnished to include: stove/oven, microwave, gas grill, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fireplace, TV, telephone. There is also a wrap around deck with additional deck on the river front – you may be able to fish from the deck (if the river is not running too fast).

(minimum) for first four persons, then $30 for every additional person
over 2 years per night up to the capacity of the particular home. 16- Sept
to 14 – May. $120.00 per night (minimum) for
