Seven Chalets surround a grassy PICNIC AREA suitable for picnics, gatherings, and lawn games. Picnic tables and grills as well as lawn chairs are provided. While we do have some balls and games, you may bring your own volleyball, badminton or croquet sets.
The GAZEBO by the pond is the perfect quiet place for reading, relaxing, reflection. Or using your laptop with our WiFI connection.
The PLAYGROUND is fun for your active kids. A wooden play set with swings, slide, ladder, and fire pole encourages creative play. Toddler toys in the picnic area keep the little ones occupied and in view.
Families relocating to the area find our fully furnished and equipped chalets
ideal for transitional housing.
The pond is available for FISHING, but ask about the best fishing hole in the creek.
When the sun sets, our guests enjoy hot chocolate (or wine) and roast marshmallows as they gather by the BONFIRE to share song and stories at the end of a perfect day.
There are many opportunities for HIKING adjacent to our property as well as in over 14,000 acres of Jefferson County Open Space and Denver Mountain Parks within 1/4 to 7 miles. National Forests are near. In the winter you can cross country ski.
