| Not everyone wants a large, ornate wedding, and you may certainly rent one or more rooms at our starting rate of $99. We offer to the wedding organizer one free night if a total of six rooms are rented. To be fair to other private guests who are also using the lodge as a special or romantic getaway as well, the communal areas such as the Dining room, Parlor, and Billiard room must remain so. If you desire some sort of a personal reception it will be up to you to arrange them around other guests privilages. Check in and check out times are after 4:00pm and before 11:00am. |
| For a total immersion into our spectacular environment we offer a wedding package with full lodging. The lodge can be rented any day of the week. Day one begins at 10:00 am and check out time is 5:00 pm the next day. (our regular guests check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 2:00 pm) *Please note: the early check in time is to allow you extra decorating time, but we cannot guarantee that every room will be ready at this hour. Previous night's guests check out at 2:00 pm, so we must wait until they depart before our staff can begin cleaning. The lodge has a sleeping capacity of nineteen, seven rooms, five with lofts. Breakfast will be served to those staying the night. The rate for just the lodge is $2,000.00 for the night. The second and consecutive nights rate is $1,700.00. |
| Decorations, the wedding cake, photographer, and floral displays are not included . We can reccommend local providers of such services. |
| We require a damage deposit of $500.00. |
| We ask that you give us a two month notice of cancellation to recieve a full refund for the rental of the entire lodge, and a one month notice for the rental for daily weddings. Regular guests falling under our casual category will be required to observe our regular two week cancellation policy. This is a non-smoking facility. |
