The Madame Lou Bunch Room is
our largest, most stunning room. It is huge, with a fine view overlooking
Central City and a skylight in the bathroom.
 |
Richly decorated in red and gold, complete with peacocks on
the wall, the Lou Bunch Room is a fitting
reminder of Central City’s
exciting past.
 |
Each bathroom has authentic
claw-foot or pedestal tubs, excellent showers and a specific charm. |
The Baby Doe Room, which
recalls one of Colorado’s
most intriguing women, is actually a suite. The first room is the main bedroom...
 |
The second room has a trundle bed which can comfortably sleep
2 children or adults, as long as they are shorter than (say) 6’2”.
 | The Clara Brown Room,
named after a freed slave who may have been the first African American in
the Colorado gold fields, is our favorite room. It is large with accommodations
for four in the four-poster bed and hide-a-bed sofa. It’s view overlooks
Eureka St.
 |
The Doc Holliday Room
takes its name from the famous gambler/lawman/dentist, who once lived in
this building. It is a fine choice for a couple traveling alone.
