| Our location is perfect! Lake View Bed & Breakfast is surrounded by the Arapaho National Forest and close to Shadow Mountain Lake, Lake Granby, and Grand Lake. We are open all year and provide a relaxing, private vacation stay for adults only. Grand Lake is known as the "Gem of the Rockies", therefore, our four guest rooms are the names of gems; the Sapphire, Emerald, Amethyst and the Blue Topaz. Our rooms are spacious, with queen beds, private baths, sitting areas, spectacular views, color cable televisions, and telephones. |

Meals and snacks are served outside (weather permitting) on our upstairs balcony. Your old fashioned country style breakfast is made fresh daily. Breakfast includes hearty entrees, seasonal fresh fruit, homemade baked goods, juice, tea, and coffee are also served. Light snacks and beverages are served each afternoon. Small meetings, group events, and conferences are welcome (media center available). Smoking and pets are not permitted on the premises. |
