The Aspen Food & Wine Classic held annually is one of the biggest events in the culinary world. World renowned chefs and wine connoisseurs descend on Aspen in June to showcase their talents. Events include tastings, demonstrations, and celebrity chef appearances including a showcase from the most recent winner of Bravo’s Top Chef.
Avid hikers will love Aspen because it is home to many different trails. From an easy saunter around Maroon Lake to hiking over Buckskin Pass and everything in between Aspen has the right trail for you. Not only are the trails a fun way to exercise they are also free.
For those hoping to rest their legs, Aspen also offers shopping downtown with a variety of boutiques and specialty stores, as well as sitting in close proximity to national park land. A short drive out to the Maroon Bells or up Independence Pass offers some of the best scenery and sightseeing anywhere in the state of Colorado.

In addition to being able to ski some incredible terrain you have the option to switch mountains at any time, so the skiing and snowboarding never gets stale.
