1. Watch the game in Denver
Denver has no shortage of fantastic sports bars to watch the big game, and with the Broncos playing you’re sure to be surrounded by enthusiastic fans. Our top picks: Sports Column, Jackson’s Denver, Highland Tap & Burger, Choppers Sports Bar, and Blake Street Tavern
2. Celebrate Denver football

If you want to enjoy a good meal before the game, what better place to go than the restaurant owned by a Broncos legend? Elway’s is already renowned for the quality of its food, and you can’t get much more football-themed than eating there on Super Bowl Sunday.
3. Bet on the game
Feeling confident about who’s going to win? Head to Blackhawk, about 30 minutes west of downtown, for some gambling. Blackhawk’s casinos will give you plenty of ways to enjoy yourself between plays and you might just leave a winner.
4. Host a party
If you’re not in the mood to venture out but still want to watch the game with friends, there’s always the option to host a party. Serve Colorado microbrews to show some home team support, or go all out and reserve an event space at Mile High.
5. Avoid the party
If you’re just not that into football of the Super Bowl, then today’s the perfect day to take advantage of the non-existent crowds. Head to the mountains and
ski the back bowls. With snow in the forecast through Saturday, you’re sure to the conditions fluffy and the trails virtually empty.
